What is a 360 photo booth? A 360 photo booth is an interactive photography experience that captures a 360-degree video of guests as they spin around in front of a camera.
What is a digital/selfie photo booth? A digital/selfie photo booth is a modern take on the classic photo booth. Instead of printing photos, they email or text the photos to guests and can share them on social media.
RENTALS
How do I reserve a photo booth? To reserve a photo booth, contact us with your event date and details. We'll send over a contract and invoice. A deposit is due to secure the date.
What is included in the rental? Our rentals include the booth, an attendant, and props. For 360 booths, we also include a slow-motion video render station.
Do you offer customizations? Yes, we can customize the photo booth experience with custom backdrops, overlays, and prints to match your event theme.
LOGISTICS
How much space do the booths require? The 360 booth requires a 15x15 foot space, while the digital booth requires a 10x10 foot space.
Do the booths need power? Yes, the booths need access to a power outlet.
Do the booths need wi-fi? Yes, the booths need wi-fi to share videos and images with guests.
How long does setup and takedown take? Setup takes 20 - 45 minutes, and takedown takes about 30 minutes.
AT THE EVENT
How many people can fit in the booth? Both the large 360 and Digital booths fit 4-6 people. The medium 360 booth fits 2-3 people
Can we get additional hours? Yes, additional hours can be added on-site, pending attendant availability.
Can we get a copy of all the photos? Yes, we provide the host a digital gallery of all photos/videos taken during the rental period.
OTHER
Is there a travel fee? A travel fee applies for events over 20 miles from Arlington, TX.
What is the cancellation policy? If the event is canceled, the retainer fee is non-refundable. However, it can be applied to a new date if rescheduled within 3 months.
Cancellation 30 days or more prior to the event = 100% refund (minus retainer fee)
Cancellation 15 - 29 days prior to the event = 50% refund (minus the retainer fee)
Events canceled less than 15 days prior to the event will receive No Refund.
Are the booths ADA accessible? The digital booths is ADA accessible. We are working on a solution for the 360 booth.
